Samty Residential Investment Corporation utilize sponsor support, a network of property management companies, and property revitalization solutions in an effort to maintain and increase the occupancy rate.

Property revitalization/redevelopment support

|・||Under the sponsor support agreement, the asset management company can submit proposals for redevelopment plans for properties owned by Samty Residential Investment Corporation to the sponsor and Samty Residential Investment Corporation will be given exclusive negotiating rights to properties that are redeveloped by the sponsor.|
Promotion of brand strategy
|・||Samty Residential Investment Corporation will pursue a differentiation strategy by establishing the S-RESIDENCE and S-FORT brands, and continually working to increase the occupancy rate and rent levels.|

Specifications vary widely because these properties are acquired from other parties, but each building satisfies seismic requirements and investment criteria such as PML. All buildings have also been thoroughly inspected (undergone a structural review) by professionals, ensuring that residents can live there with peace of mind.
Additional funds are continually invested in these properties (security systems, etc.) after acquisition to enhance their value and create added peace of mind for residents.
